New Years Eve Dress!

Here is my third and final NYE dress. This is the one I'm actually going to wear tonight. I wasn't planning on wearing so much sparkle until I saw this at Bebe and had to have it for New Years. My boyfriend and I are going to our annual NYE party. Hope to get some good pictures to share with you.
